Terms and Sale Conditions
1. Subject
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, General Conditions) concern the regulation about Products and Services’ purchase, carried out at a distance via computer network from the website (hereinafter, “Site”).
1.2 The Website owner is Annapurna SRLS with head office in Via Lago Maggiore 6, 36077 Altavilla Vicentina (VI), Italy, registered in the Business Register of Vicenza, Fiscal code and VAT number IT04366730242, R.E.A. Vicenza No. VI-398767.
2. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
2.1 All purchases of Products made through the Site (hereinafter, Purchase Contracts) by the users who access it (hereafter, the Customers) are governed by these General Conditions and by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), section II Distance contracts (articles 50–67) and the Italian laws on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree 70/2003).
2.2 By concluding the Purchase Contracts, according to the procedure, the Customer accepts and undertakes to observe these General Conditions.
2.3 Therefore, the Customer is required to read carefully, before making any purchase transaction, these General Conditions which Annapurna SRLS makes available also in order to allow them to be reproduced and stored in compliance with the provisions of art. 12, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 70/2003.
2.4 Annapurna SRLS may change the contents of the General Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The General Conditions published on the Website at the time the Customer places the purchase order will be applied to each individual Purchase Agreement.
3. Products
3.1 The Site is an online sales site for books, printed publications and related editorial products (hereinafter, “Products”).
3.2 All Products offered are described in detail on the Site within the respective sections divided by product categories.
3.3 The visual representation of the Products on the Site, where available, has to be considered as indicative and normally consists of photographic images of the Products themselves with the sole aim of presenting them for sale, without any guarantee that the image shown on the Website will exactly correspond to the real product, particularly with regard to the real dimensions and chromatic aspects of the Products and/or packaging.
3.4 In case of difference between the image and the product’s data sheet, the description in the product’s data sheet shall prevail.
4. Purchase Procedure
4.1 The Customer can purchase the Products present in the electronic catalogue illustrated on the Site within the respective sections by product category, as described in the relative information sheets.
4.2 To purchase the Products, the Customer may be required to register on the Site by entering personal details and following the instructions provided by the registration procedure. The Customer must complete and send the electronic order form following the instructions contained therein.
4.3 The Customer must insert the selected Products in the specific “Cart” and, after choosing the delivery method and accepting the delivery costs, may proceed with the purchase.
4.4 The Customer may modify the order before confirmation by changing the quantity of Products or adding or deleting Products from the Cart.
4.5 Once completed, the Customer will see a summary of the purchase order including delivery costs and must confirm the purchase procedure.
4.6 After viewing the summary, the Customer must select the desired payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or other available methods) and send the order by clicking on the appropriate confirmation button.
5. Conclusion of the Contract
5.1 The publication of the Products on the Website constitutes an invitation to the Customer to formulate a contractual purchase proposal.
5.2 Each Purchase Agreement entered into between Annapurna SRLS and the Customer is considered concluded when the Customer receives the order confirmation email from Annapurna SRLS. This confirmation will contain an Order Number to be used in all communications regarding the order.
5.3 The Customer may verify the status of orders through the Site or by contacting customer support.
5.4 Occasional unavailability of Products may occur. In this case the Customer will be informed and the order will be fulfilled with available Products only.
5.5 Annapurna SRLS reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that present anomalies in payment transactions.
6. Products Prices
6.1 All Product prices are clearly indicated on the Site and include VAT. Delivery costs are specified during the purchase process before the final confirmation of the order.
7. Discount Coupons and Promotions
7.1 Promotional codes or discount vouchers may be applied during the checkout process.
7.2 Discount vouchers may be combined with other promotions only where explicitly indicated.
8. Non-compliant or defective products
8.1 Products offered on the Site comply with national and EU legislation.
8.2 In case of defective or non-conforming products, the Customer is entitled to request reimbursement or replacement by contacting customer support and providing photographic evidence of the defect.
8.3 The refund may be issued through the original payment method or through a discount voucher.
8.4 The legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) remains applicable.
9. Processing of Personal Data
Customer data are processed by Annapurna SRLS in accordance with applicable data protection legislation as specified in the Privacy Policy.

11. Online dispute resolution for consumers
Consumers residing in Europe may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission to resolve disputes arising from online contracts. The platform is available at:

12. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, texts, images, graphics, logos and any other intellectual property elements reproduced on the Site remain the exclusive property of Annapurna SRLS and/or its licensors. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
13.1 These General Conditions and all contracts concluded with Customers are governed by Italian law.
13.2 For any dispute concerning the interpretation, execution, validity or effectiveness of these General Conditions and related contracts, the competent court shall be the Court of Vicenza, except where mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
Invoicing and Payment Methods
Annapurna SRLS issues invoices or receipts for purchased Products when the order is processed and sends them via email to the Customer. The data provided by the Customer will be used for invoicing purposes and cannot be modified after issuance.
Payments may be made using the methods available on the Site including credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Delivery
Annapurna SRLS undertakes to deliver the goods without undue delay and in any case not later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier.
Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal the Customer must send an explicit declaration to:

If the withdrawal is exercised, all payments received from the Customer will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The Customer must return the goods within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
